By using the Grassroots Democrats HQ (“GDHQ”) postcard tool, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the tool.

Who can use this

This tool is for approved volunteers writing postcards for GDHQ campaigns. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it.

Handling voter data

The addresses we assign are real voters’ information. You agree to:

• Use them only to write your assigned postcards.
• Never copy, download, photograph, share, sell, publish, or reuse them for any other purpose.
• Follow the provided script and volunteer guidelines.

Misuse of voter data may result in losing access and may violate the law.

Postage & mailing

You provide your own postcards and postage and are responsible for mailing your cards by the campaign deadline. Marking a card complete reflects your own record of your work.

Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to access data that isn’t assigned to you, disrupt the service, or use it for anything other than its intended postcard-writing purpose.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The tool is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, GDHQ isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the tool.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updates.
